Returns

  • You may request a return within 5 calendar days of receiving your package.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.

⚠️ Final Sale, Clearance, and Promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • To request an exchange, email us at info@drizzemp.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit, at your choice.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item arrived damaged, or there was a shipping error on our part, we cover the return shipping costs.

  • In all other cases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Drizzemporium is not responsible for lost or unconfirmed return packages.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary by bank or card provider).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unapproved or late returns may be refused or sent back to you.

  • This policy does not override your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Additional Consumer Rights

  • European Union (EU): You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Rights Directive. Final Sale, Clearance, and Promotional items are exempt.

  • United Kingdom (UK): You have 14 days to request a return or exchange under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, with the same exclusions.

  • United States & Canada: Your rights may vary depending on state or provincial laws. Please consult your local consumer protection rules for additional entitlements.
